Turnkey Delivery
A turnkey greenhouse project gives you one plan, one schedule and one accountable technical partner. Aegis Greenhouse Systems covers design, equipment sourcing, construction coordination and post-handover support so you evaluate a single integrated scope instead of managing a dozen unconnected vendors.

01
Every turnkey greenhouse project we coordinate moves through the same four stages, each with defined deliverables and sign-off points.
Crop brief, climate analysis and site survey are converted into a full technical design: greenhouse type, gutter height and span, structural loads, ventilation and screening strategy, growing system, irrigation and fertigation schematic, electrical load list and general layout drawings. Nothing is ordered before the design is approved.
We convert the design into package-level tender documents, invite qualified manufacturers, compare bids on equal technical footing, verify certifications and references, and negotiate scope, warranty and payment milestones. Sourcing is transparent — you see every quotation.
Production monitoring, drawing approvals, container planning, customs documentation, site readiness verification, local contractor coordination, installation sequencing and milestone quality inspections run against one master schedule with weekly reporting.
Commissioning, climate strategy configuration, irrigation calibration, operator training, spare parts planning, warranty administration and agronomy check-ins through the first production cycle.
02
Turnkey means the boundary between packages is defined in writing before contracting, so no responsibility is left unassigned.
| Package | Included scope | Responsibility |
|---|---|---|
| Structure | Frame, glazing, gutters, foundations interface | Manufacturer + Aegis review |
| Climate | Ventilation, screens, heating, cooling, CO₂ | Specified and tendered by Aegis |
| Growing system | Gutters, substrate, hydroponic channels, benches | Specified and tendered by Aegis |
| Irrigation | Water treatment, dosing, recirculation, drainage | Specified and tendered by Aegis |
| Controls | Climate computer, sensors, alarms, data logging | Specified and tendered by Aegis |
| Logistics | Packing, shipping, customs documents, unloading plan | Coordinated by Aegis |
| Installation | Crew planning, sequencing, quality inspection | Supervised by Aegis |
| Civil works | Land levelling, drainage, roads, utilities | Local contractor, scoped by Aegis |
03
Delays are visible early because manufacturing, shipping, civil works and installation are tracked on the same timeline.
Package-level tendering against one specification typically removes 8 to 15 percent of unnecessary cost and eliminates hidden exclusions.
The team that designed the facility inspects the installation, so the built greenhouse matches the approved specification.
Specifications, budgets, schedules and cash-flow milestones are prepared in a format banks and investment committees accept.
04
Documentation is part of the product, not an afterthought.
FAQ
Common technical and commercial questions about turnkey greenhouse project.
Turnkey means the greenhouse is delivered ready to operate under one coordinated scope. Design, equipment sourcing, logistics, construction coordination, commissioning and initial support are managed together, so the owner receives a functioning facility rather than a set of separate deliveries.
Total delivered cost is usually lower. Coordinated package tendering, correct first-time specification and fewer site changes typically offset the coordination fee. The larger saving is schedule: avoided rework and delayed planting are often worth more than the equipment discount.
Yes. Phased delivery is common for large developments. Infrastructure such as reservoirs, power and packhouse is sized for the final area, while greenhouse blocks are built in stages so revenue from phase one supports later phases.
Supply contracts remain between you and the manufacturers, which keeps warranty and legal recourse direct. Aegis manages the technical scope, qualification, inspection and escalation, and maintains alternative qualified suppliers for critical packages to protect the schedule.
