Climate management
Tomato rewards stability more than extremes. The climate package must hold night temperature and humidity within a narrow band while maintaining active air movement through a dense canopy, because most tomato disease pressure is a humidity management failure rather than a hygiene failure.
- Day 21 – 24 °C, night 16 – 18 °C, tightly controlled
- Humidity deficit managed with dual energy screens
- CO₂ dosing to 800 – 1,000 ppm during light hours
- Active dehumidification and vertical air circulation
- Screen strategy tuned to limit head condensation
